Hi all,

My dad lived in the Middle East for 10 years and he was working for someone. During his employment of 10 years, he traveled to Europe and North America at least 20-25 times for business trips. In the IMM 5669 form, for question 12, does he need to mention all those business trips which were at most 2 weeks long at a time or should he just mention the residential addresses where he lived in the Middle East?

I looked up the instructions for IMM 5669 and this is what I found on cic's website:

Question 12 Indicate the residential addresses where you have lived since your 18th birthday or the past 10 years, whichever is most recent, complete with the postal code. Do not use P.O. box addresses.
Based on this, I understand that it should be the residential address only and not the break down of each of the trip. Can someone please help if this understanding is correct, thank you in advance.

As you quoted, 'Indicate the residential addresses where you have lived'. Travelling does not equate living somewhere so I would see no need to include it.
