Help with IMM 1344

I just finished filling out form IMM1344.
I have left out the info for co-signer because I am the sponsor (canadian citizen) who is sponsoring my husband to canada (inland app)
When I click validate it does not let me, it says I have to fill out this info?

What should I do? any help out there thanks

Double check to make sure you haven't checked off the "co-signer" box
