I am showing Gift Deed Agreement as part of my Proof of funds for PR. I am currently residing in Canada and my parents who are gifting me the money stay in India. My father has created an affidavit and notarized and signed it from Indian lawyer. He couriered me the affidavit for me to sign .
Will this be accepted or do I need to go to Indian consulate to get it signed and stamped in front of them.
