Help with FSW immigration form

I am trying to fill the FSW immigration form. Can somebody help me out with some of my issues?

1. At the beginning of the form there's a question that asks 'Program under which you are applying'. The options are a. Family b. Economic c. Refugee d.Other. Which one should I choose? I am applying only for myself.

2. in the category under which you are applying: the two options are a. Humanitarian and b. Permit holder class. I am guessing Permit holder class is the correct option. Can someone confirm

Those are the issues for now.
