Help with filling ATIP request

Hey all, one of the questions asks "File type". The video tutorial from a user here states to put Immigration file - permanent residence.

However, since they made his video, they added a sponsorship option.

Which do I choose? ty

I believe this part would be of the sponsorship approval side ( mainly for those who are still waiting for the decision ) - once it's approved, it's basically the Permanent Resdent one
