Help with express entry profile Questionnaire pls

So I have two questions I answered to and Im confused as to what I should say

Has (my name) been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?

I answered yes to this as I was denied a UK visa a while ago...is this the correct answer?

Also will the answer to this be yes as well?

Has (my name) ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?: (required)

i have searched the forum regarding the same queries, following is what i have done-

1st query (...been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa ... ) - Yes , since i was denied a work permit when applied from INDIA (ICT case).
2nd Query (...been refused a visa or permit, denied entry) - Yes; since some say- this question addresses only a denial at port of entry (with/ without a visa), and some say- visa rejection is also entry denial because the statement includes info "visa/ permit";

You can search previous threads for more info about the same.

Finally, i am proceeding with the above answers and will attach a schedule A form where i will be answering 6E as "No", since schedule A- 6E doesnt mention about the visa information (most of the forum members answered the same before, and received PPR later).

@notee- to answer your question, yes.

Also i would suggest you include your explanation/ details in optional supporting letter, by attaching your refusal document received from UK immigration.

here is one thread- asianwnderer said he corrected the answers as "No" with "CSE"- case specific Enquire (i.e. after submission of the application and raised a request for details correction) and received PPR later
