Help with Ecas

Hi again, I need help to understand my Ecas. I already did and send my medicals but on my application status on internet just says Application receive; so I don't know if this is normal or it should be on another status like medicals receive or something like that. How long should I wait for the status to change or should I send the doctors receipt to let them know that I already did my medicals.
What should I do?
FYI.
- Application filed: Sept 12
- AOR: Sept 27
- Medicals request: Oct 4
- Medicals Done: Oct 5
- Medicals Sent Oct 14

I am also in the same boat, my timeliness are as below

Application filed- May 17
Got AOR- Aug 17
Got Medical Request- Sep 7
Done Medical- Sep 8
Medical Send- Sep 28

My status in Internet website till
"We received your application for permanent residence on May 17, 2011."

for some of friends who applied on same day with me they got update that Medical has received on Oct 21. I am much worried now...

SOME TIMES ANTICIPATION WILL HURT STILL WE HAVE TO WAIT AND WATCH..............!!

IT WILL COME TODAY OR TOMORROW ...........!!

WE ARE LUCKY...........!!

Waiting at the last huddle is very much pain

More worried when my status is not changed in website and other friends changed.... it will make you more nervous
