I got job offer and this are the duties the heading of job letter is CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE- LENDING SPECIALIST
I am confused whether is customer service job which comes in C or financial service representative job which comes in B

PLEASE GUIDE ME

1.
Provide exceptional level
of Customer Service-consistently receiving 90% or better in
Customer Service and Telephone Quality Assurance standards.
2.
Sell and receive cash for/from another staff member and record properly and enter into
POS. (Fine counts all monies received and given out).
3.
Cash cheques quickly & efficiently ensuring the 3R’s are correctly answered.
4.
Effectively manage operational, security, IT, privacy and credit risk.
5.
Knowledge of issuing procedures for all cheques and be able to offer customers
alternatives and incentives to return if unable to complete the transaction.
6.
Sell benefits of ancillary services to customers, meet and/or exceed monthly sales
quotas/targets and ensure all sales are correctly recorded, those being:
a.
Consumer Loans
b.
Optional Loan Protection Plan (LPP)
c.
Western Union Sends and Receives
d.
Promotions
e.
Store specific services
f.
Other products or services as may be added from time to time
7.
Enter customer and maker/issuer information completely and accurately into POS.
8.
Use Attendance and Timecard tools to accurately account for and record hours of work
and input/verify these on a daily basis.
9.
Copy, record and do follow up work on all walked cheques.


10. Send out warnings/watches and updates on problem cheques and/or payments made on
returned items via POS.
11. Reconcile and account for cash drawer at the completion of shift.
12. Have an extensive knowledge of all safety and security procedures relating to the branch
and role play on a regular basis (at least quarterly).
13. Understand and implement all procedures relating to Recordable Transactions.
14. Extensive understanding of all company policies and procedures and understand the
importance of branch security and the importance of handling cash accurately.
15. Assist in the collection process for the branch and for other branches designated by the
DM or other branch management.
16. Knowledge of who to call in the case of an emergency.
17. Daily maintenance and upkeep of store.
18. Maintain professional appearance and comply with company dress code.
19. Successfully open and close branch and complete all paperwork accurately.
20. All other job related duties as directed by Management.
