Help with applying BOWP online

My work permit is expiring on 27th of June, 2016, and I'm still waiting for PPR. My work requires me to travel out of the country, I just want to apply BOWP on the safe side.

This question has probably been asked a bazillion times... But how can I go through the mind racking questionnaire to get the right "BOWP" personal reference code?

I've tried more than 5 times and was directed to EE every time. I've also filled out the imm5710E document, but I have no place to fire the gun :S

You don't have to say that you are planning on staying in Canada permanently > this will tell you to apply for PR
say you are planning on staying "temporarily more than 6 months" and this will generate the code for work permit
