[Help] Why only me getting re-medical request while my spouse hasn't?

Hello!
I am an EE outland applicant (filed March 2020, with my spouse). After long time waiting, today I received the re-medical request only for myself.
Does anyone know why my spouse is not getting the same request? We all did the exams two years ago and should be expired now.

Perhaps your spouse got automatic extension. Don’t know why and why not for you as well…
