Hi im worried my application for pr might not reach deadline , my nominee will wxpire on march 27, what if they recieved my letter of application 3 days after the expiration of my nominee what will happen? Please help

they lock the date your application is received even if they don't open it. if they receive it on march 26 and open it in october, you'll be fine. if they receive it on march 28 and open it on march 29, you won't pass eligibility and your application will be refused.

Why would you not use the express service? it takes max of one day? Any way you can call the transit company and request a RUSH? don't worry even if it's returned you can apply to get the nomination extended? Why did you wait 6 months before you applied PR?

Talk to the nomination officer right away about and don't take this easy dear!
