[Help Wanted] how to and what required for entry visa

Hi everyone, i have a bit of question with regarding bit of my status.

so here is my Condition:
-I've lived in Canada for 5 years from grade 10 till finished my Diploma in Algonquin College Ottawa this summer. ( august 2011) and my student visa was expired at 30th of july 2011.
-after i received my diploma certificate i applied a post grad work permit, but had to leave Canada due to family matters
-and now i just received my post grad work permit and mailed to me (still outside of Canada)
-but no entry visa

my question is:
-how to apply an entry visa?

and -what is required for entry visa to canada?

1. You apply for a TRV (visitor visa) at the Canadian office responsible for your country of residence.
2. The information as to what is required is on the office web site plus a copy of your PGWG
