Help - Wait time on initial ExpressEntry form - Open Bridge Work Permit - LMIA

Arrived in Canada in 2013.
Completed Masters degree at UofT in 2015.
Never worked before.
Began work as an engineer (NOC A) in Ottawa on May 2, 2015.
Therefore I will have 1 year of experience on May 2, 2017.
Current post-grad work permit expires on May 22, 2017.

Does anyone know when I can submit my Express Entry form? Should I wait until May 2, when I will have completed 1 year of work experience (both overall in my life and in Canada). Or can I submit it now, 1 month earlier? Also, does anyone know how long it will take before I hear back after submitting the EE form?

Either way, if I understand correctly, just filling this form doesn't allow me to get an open bridge work permit (OBWP) right? I just went through the work permit eligibility tool to see if I can get a new work permit and I was deemed ineligible because I need an LMIA from my employer. Is this easy to get? My company is a small 2-year old startup.

1 - Until May 2nd - if you do it earlier your profile will be ineligible.
2 - No idea what you mean by "how long it will take before I hear back after submitting the EE form?" If your CRS is high enough you'll receive an invitation to apply for PR.
3 - Yes, you need to get and invitation AND submit your application in order to apply for a BOWP.

Thanks, that's helpful.
Re: 2. - I wasn't sure if there is a wait time or not. Based on what you're saying, it's instantaneous?

No. you have to wait until there is a draw (usually every other week) and if your CRS is high enough you will receive an invitation.
