This is a copy of your marriage certificate if security paper. You can get this from the NSO office together with your CENOMAR (meaning, they're trying to establish proof that you have not been married prior to your marriage to your present husband)

ABOUT PICTURE VISA THEY GIVE ME APPENDIX B PICTURE HOW MANY PICTURE I SEND THEY NOT SAY HERE ONLY THE INSTRCTION OF PICTURE

Have just been searching the web about NSO Advisory Certificate of Marriage and it is actually a different certificate but you still got to NSO to obtain it.
