HELP UNDER LIVEIN CAREGIVER PROGRAM

Hi to all viewers i have some question about my situation im here now in canada but the problem is when i was enter here in canada as a worker visa but now im deciding to changes my status to LCP instead do you have any idea which states is allowed to processing the papers for live in caregiver but my problem..im undergraduate of BS nursing 1 year then im studying here as a health care aide while working because my employer she is willing me to study, but before that i call the officer authorities about that....im a certified health care aide now my question..im undergraduate and certified health care aide .is that okay to proceed my plan as a live in caregiver because i have prospect employer willing to sponsoring me....thank you so much your feedback i appreciated....

the conditions are as follows
-You must have successfully completed the equivalent of Canadian high school education (secondary school).
-At least six months’ training or at least one year of full-time paid work experience as a caregiver or in a related field or occupation (including six months with one employer) in the past three years
-A written contract with your future employer, signed by you and the employer i believe you have these right?
