HELP - Unable to fill in IMM0008 form using latest Adobe

Dears, I am unable to tick the checkbox for IMM0008 general form. Its section 6A.

Also, for question 10, current country of residence, i am unable to fill in the from and two years. Please help. I am using the latest version of Adobe Reader DC.

it supose to work, are you sure its latest adobe reader, anyway this what you will do, download FOXIT PDF READER now this pdf reader will work perfectly especially while filling immigration forms, its the 1 i used during my own time

6a was for quebec certificate. I could not tick the checkbox since my province was set to Nova Scotia. For a test, i put it to Quebec and viola, it works. Afterwards, i put it back to NS, which is my province of application. So finally, i think that since i select NS, i dont have to tick the 'NO' in the quebec certificate.

Section 10, i was able to fill the dates in, when i put the resident status to 'other'
