Hi, I'm confused about my reference letter.

I worked from Nov 2019 to Oct 2022 in one company with the title Finance assistant, but my job duties has changed once:
Nov 2019-Sep 2020 mostly responsible for Accounting receivable
Sep 2020-Oct 2022 mostly responsible for General accounting

And I only want to use the work experience of General accounting for EE application, what should I include in my reference letter? Should I only mention the second period?
