need your advise pls.
i am thinking if i can reapply for my brother. he applied last june 13 and got refusal from CIC. we wanted to go together to canada to visit our mom. we have not seen her for 8 years now. it is unfortunate that he did not pass the trv application.
would like to ask if its okay if i write a letter that i'll cover his expenses in canada even if were coming from the same country. note that he's a year younger than me. im 27 and he is 26. i think i can fully shoulder both are expenses for the trip.
i already have my visa with me. i really want him to go with me and visit my mom. he has no enough savings at the moment that is why he got rejected on his 1st application.
What do you guys think? can i do this? or should i transfer him money and leave it there for 3 mons for his show money?
Were planning to leave this september. what do you think?
