Hi,

In December I will finish my studies and in January I will not be a student anymore.
My Study Permit will expire in March 30th, 2017 and I intend to apply to my PGWP anytime between end of December or beginning of January.

My question is: in January I will start a new job, but I am not sure if I can legally work because I will not be a full time student anymore, so the conditions to work will not be met, otherwise I will apply to PGWP before that new work starts, so how this transition works?

Can I work while waiting for the PGWP?

the challenge though is still getting your graduation confirmation in time to apply for the PGWP
