HELP!!! Transit Visa, processing time

Hello, friends!
Today I have applied to the Transit Visa online. Travelling from the U.S. to Japan through Toronto Pearson, Terminal 1. I didn't know before that I need transfer visa.. I submitted online application on 30th of April, having flight on 24th of May through Toronto Pearson International Airport. I'm wondering how soon I'll receive the decision if I get transit visa or not and how long does it takes to stamp it into my passport? Talking about the U.S.

Is it possible to accelerate the process even for $? Also, please, if you know, where I need to send my passport after receiving a message that I need to send a passport? Which Visa Office is more faster to get the Visa and which prep.envelope can you recommend? Sorry for so many questions, thank you very much,

Why do you need a transit visa? what is your citizenship? What do you mean by talking about the US?

Why do you need a transit visa? what is your citizenship? What do you mean by talking about the US?

citizenship- Russia. Talking about the U.S.-I meant if somebody had the experience in taking transit visa in the U.S. visa centers.
I called to the embassy and air canada. I was known that I need transit visa as I'm from Russia and air canada won't let me into their plane otherwise I'll be arrested by Canada customs in Canada airport. Better to change my flight and lose some money...
