Hello. I'm applying for Canada transit visa and my minor child is coming with me, and so is his father, but they keep asking for "Custodianship Declaration (IMM5646) (required)".
The fields are all correct, I don't know what I do, my child is coming to Canada with both parents and is only transit visa, not for study!
Can somebody help me please?

oh I think I got it
"Is your family member currently, or will they be, living in Canada with a parent or legal guardian for their entire stay?"
The word "living" confused me, because is just transit visa, but I changed it to yes and the custodian form is gone now
thank you!
I'll let this here for other people who may have the same problem
