Help! Transcript problem

I hear that the CDHC VO requires applicant to attach original of their transcript as part of the application. However, transcripts in my UG university is not given to student. In fact they are not allowed to view the content. So I'm wondering if I can apply with a photocopy of the original. Cos their insisting on an original is like asking us to go contrary to our school convention.

Hi

I have applied for concordia university. They sent an email for incomplete notification email. I have sent them the sealed LORs and Transcript. However , they have only accepted the LORs not the transcript. The transcript which I sent to Concordia university I got it from my college.
Please help

Some Universities abroad ask for the transcripts to be sent directly to them from the board/ University you last attended. Fill up the appropriate form from your old Uni/board, deposit the fees and give all the details like your student ID no., program,University and its address etc,(of the college / uni where you are getting admission/from where you have the offer letter)Your transcripts will reach them in a fortnight or so

I have completed my b tech from PTU.
I asked them to send the transcript but due to some issues they are unable to provide the transcript
Actually its not an issue its a blunder done by my college and university. All my mark sheets are correct except one in which there was a backlog but i cleared it in next year. The mistake is when i received the mark sheet i didnt check the marks. And when i asked PTU for transcript they found the discrepancy in that mark sheet that I have scored 38 out of 30 for internal marks. Now even my mistake is there that i didn't checked the mark-sheet. Now PTU is saying its a long procedure to correct the marks. I asked my college to provide me the proof of internal records. They said they dnt have the records.

Now tell me what should I do. I am stuck between The College and the university(PTU)
