HELP!! Traffic History Report question!

Really sorry if anyone has actually answered this question for someone else, i just haven't been able to find the answer.
About a week ago I received a request email from mycic asking for 'additional documents' i.e- traffic history report...

I've since gotten one but now I have no idea where to upload it as there isn't anywhere on my checklist that specifically says 'traffic history report'. I am just about ready to pull the hair out from my head because I'm so stressed out over something to tiny.


Any insight would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I believe you can go to MyCIC Welcome Page and you can click on the "View Checklist" Button beside your application number on your MyCIC welcome page and you can follow the instructions from there..

My sister received additional documents that need to be submitted as well. It in your email, it should give you the instruction how or where to send/download the document. Did you receive the email from VFS?
