I graduated in April and applied the three-year PGWP since I graduated from a four-year program at an Ontario University. When I get the PGWP back it's only a one-year. So I called the CIC and talked to an agency, he said that I didn't scan the official letter (which was not on the online application check list) and didn't be clear that my program is a four-year program, and he suggested me to reapply the work permit and I should be fine.
After slightly more than one week waiting for my official transcript and official letter (I opened the envelope so I have to order a new one) from my school, I prepared all the documents they need and I called CIC to confirm a question on IMM5710E (the form has been changed, and I'm not sure about one specific question, so I called). The agency told me that I've already have my PGWP which is one year, so in this case they will email me further information about my work permit and do not suggest me to reapply, and then the agency hang up the phone.
I'm really confused now. Should I reapply the work permit or not? I'll definitely give them a call on Monday, but is there anyone who had the same situation as mine? Is there anyone can give me any advice?
Thank you guys very much!
