Help: Super Visa In Canada after Visitor Visa

Hi,
I am Canadian Citizen.
My parents are in Canada, living with me on visitor visa and their (6 Month) stay in Canada going to expire on June 23, 2019.
Now my question is
if , I apply Super-visa in Canada for my parents and if they get approve for super-visa.
Do they have to leave Canada on June 23, 2019 and entry again OR they can stay cont. for next 2 year?

They cannot apply for super visas from inside Canada. They can apply to extend their authorized status on their current TRV entry about a month before their current visitor status expires

I do not think that right info, because when I go to CIC website to apply supervise online , after donedcouple of questions , CIC system allows us to apply super Visa within Canada.

Incorrect. Your parents cannot apply for super visas when they are in Canada.

Have you tried the 'Come to Canada' tool? You are making incorrect selections. For the right selections, you will get the 'Application to extend the stay.... IMM 5708). You will not get IMM 5257 which is the super visa application form.

Also, if their extended stay on their current TRV entry is approved, your parents will get Visitor Records (paper documents).... and not PG-1 super visas counterfoils stamped in their passports

Also, a visa is an entry document. If they are already in Canada and they wish to stay longer, they don’t need a new (super) visa (entry document) because they have already entered Canada. The correct application for your parents’ case is an extension of visitor status.
