Help Sugar in Pregnant Spouse Urine!

Help we went for medicals today and my pregnant wife had 3+ in her urinee, she's been asked to do ablood test and then another urine. If found in her urine will dey reject us. Pls I need answers pls guys

Dont worry may be your wife is suffering from gestational diabetes which occurs only in pregnancy and after pregnancy it is usually gone but this disease should be first confirmed by some tests some times it happens for some unknown reasons and gradually disappear i think may be you will receive a request for furtherance medical exam and your panel physician will refer your wife to some internist/gynaecologist who will examine her and do some tests
