I'm currently applying for extension of my study permit. My old student permit will expire by August 30 2011. I intend to travel back to my country and will be returning by August 26 2011. I am wondering if my study permit has not yet been extended but is still being processed by the time I traveled back to Canada, will I have any difficulty entering the country? i applied for new one 2 months ago
Thanks

first of all u have to apply for study permit extension at least 90 days b4 the last date on ur study permit.so if ur last date on ur study permit is 30 august, and u r applying now for the extension it means tht u r very late. in such condition if u travelling back to ur home country, u better not think of going back to cananda my friend

Bro if you have already for further extension then you need to come to back to your country till you're not getting any response.

But as Afridi said you have apply 90 days before that is true according to CIC website.
But if you applied 2months before your expiry that's not a big issue.

However it will be much better if you consult any immigration person in canada.
