My study permit application to Seoul Embassy was rejected after almost 9 weeks. My CAQ was valid from May 1, 2010 - Feb. 28, 2011. But I am going to receive a new letter of acceptance from the school from September to May and re-apply. Should I apply for new CAQ and then re-apply for study permit? Or can I ask them to use the original CAQ I submitted with my first application? (if this is possible, I'd save C$100, but they may reject again on the basis that the study duration is less than 6 months - from September to February barely 6 months).
Their reason was insufficient ties. Any suggestions as to type of documents to bolster up my application? I have never been to Canada, never stayed in any country illegally. It's just that I dropped out of my college several years ago and worked on and off in various jobs.
Any input will be truly appreciated!
