Background :Applied from from Ghana and am Ghanaian.
completed high school in 2019
Am 21 years old and fully dependent
No employment history with the fact that I work in my dads company for 4 months
I travelled to Canada in November 2019 was expected to return in March 2020 Covid hit and I over stayed my visa got restored in 2021 and I returned to my home country after restoration.
Gained admission to SAIT for September 2021 intake for Diploma in IT with Network systems major.

After careful review of your study permit application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds:
