HElP!!Spouse TRV rejected

I am a Canadian PR, and because I'm suppose in labour in May, I invited my husband to come and visit during my labour period.
Unfortunately, his application for a visitor visa was rejected on 2 grounds
1. Your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence
2. Purpose of visit

Should I reapply and what should I put down as Purpose of visit? Confused!!!

Purpose of visit = why he is coming to Canada. you should write a letter explaining your situation.

What documents did you submit?

I gave my child ultrasound result, graphs of the baby,invitation letter ask him to be here for the delivery of the baby.
he provided his bank statements for 6 months, 100k deposit
employment and income letter, and leave letter from the employer

but did not provide documents for property

I did, but I guess having a baby is not good enough for this

Well, his family is in Canada. So how could he convince VO that he will leave YOU AND BABY and go back ? What for will he leave you with a new-born?

2. Purpose of visit

Why did not you sponsor him before you got pregnant or even during your pregnancy? You did not have any income to sponsor your spouse (just not getting any social assistance). But now, when you have a baby you will have to have income for sponsoring your baby's father.

Because of his work, and his mother's health condition he has no intention of staying in Canada. That is why I didn't sponsor him for a PR visa in the first place. Ps. I've already booked my returning ticket to go back home. I just wanna get him here to see the new born and travel a bit then we can all go back. So much to ask for now isn't it?

Hi I applied for TRV recently pending spousal sponsorship application and tracking VFS Canada Application Centre today shows status as below:
Your Decision has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office, Singapore to the Canada Visa Application Centre DHAKA
My question is what does it mean? Is it kind of negative decision? I think package will arrive from Singapore VO next week. Any idea?
