I ve a question.
I Married a canadien and im applying for the permanet resident overseas.
when i land in canada, whats gonna happend?? what is the CIC officer gonna ask me.
Im concern because a friend told me that my husband must be in the airport upon my arriving, but he´s not gonna be there.

He does not have to be in the airport. You just show your visa and they will tell you welcome to Canada and stamp your papers.
