I would like to ask questions about filling up the sponsor evaluation form. If the sponsor is currently working on contract basis, should he fill the box of employed (question no: 2). In my logic, he should. In such case, Since the sponsor's employment is with an agency, thus the employment contract is with that agency. My questions:
1. Should the sponsor provide a separate explanation shit outlining his situation just like the case of unemployed? will such explanation be appreciated?
2. Since the job is on term contract basis and by the time, the visa office starts processing the application, the contract may be over and the person could be either unemployed or moving to another job location or moving to another agency or starting with the client as permanent employee. In this case, is it required for the sponsor to update visa office regarding his employment status?
