Dear Friends,

I am applying as an approved provincial nominee and had few queries for the CIC application:

1) Photographs: Do we paste the photos on the IMM0080 Generic form and supply additional 4 photographs with date of birth (DOB) details or just supply 4 additional photographs in an envelope with DOB details?

2) Police certificates: Do we have to submit the CIC application along with the police certificates or can we submit the application now and supply the certificates later?

3) When do we start working on the medical certificates?

Thanks & regards

Place immigration photos in an envelope and staple the envelope to the second page of the application being careful not to put a staple through the photos.

Attorneys suggest, wait until you get all your PCCs and then submit with the application as sending just the application and later sending PCCs can delay your process.. because they will place your file on hold and then retrieve it back when you submit, in which case .. may cause unnecessary delays .. according to some experienced folks ..

3) When do we start working on the medical certificates?

Once you submit your application to CIC and you receive your AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt), you would receive Medical request .. then you are set for this stage...

Thanks & regards
