can any body help me plz regarding below question exactly

1) who can i find the exact status of my file/case ?

2) who can i findout this " when my file transfer into Ismbd ofc " ?

3) Who much more time they will take to finalize my file/case ??

My case type/category :: spouse case
&
My Current On-Line status is

Nobody here on that forum can predict the exact time it will take to finalize your application. Every application is different.

dear when i put my application total time is 26months but now they change at website and new total time is 31 for Pakistani applicant why ?
and wats the meaning of started processing ??? and have u any idea who much time they wil tak in processing ?

The times for all visa offices increased recently. I'm sure the current labour dispute is part of the reason.

"started processing" is a general term. I always understood it as meaning that they started to look at your application. How long it will take after that depends on many factors (did you send in a complete application? Do you have any "red flags"? is the visa office badly impacted by the labour dispute? How diligent is the case officer looking at your application? etc etc). Basically no one can answer this question with any certainty except the case officer.

Anything that the case officer would find suspicious. Like a very large age gap between the applicant and sponsor (20+). Inter-faith marriages also draw more scrutiny. Getting married quickly after first meeting or never meeting your spouse (in person) and then getting married. These are examples of relationship red flags. There also other red flags like misrepresentation on your application (not being honest), having been denied entry into Canada in the past, etc.

unfortunately it looks like Islamabad has a pretty long processing time (31 months as you mentioned). With that in mind, 20 months is not yet considered excessive.

IN PROCESS can be the longest wait for many. Sorry.

hello guys.. its my first time to write here,, my application FS category and my husband received a litter from CIC that showed SA And file transfer to Abu Dhabi on 23 of july 2013, i tried many time to check on website my online statuse but its not working at all and wht dose it mean? please any one can give an answer?
