Help required regarding PGWP

I am currently studying in canada a 2 year course which begain in january 2018 and will end in april 2019
And i have got multiple entry visa till august 30th 2019 thing is i have to go to india in may 3 or 4 and stay there for 2 months and then return by june end So my i have few questions

1. I heard it takes a month for the college to give you required documentation to apply for the pgwp

2. Some of my friends in canada are saying that if u dont apply and go from canada ull have problems

3.can i apply online from anywhere in india once i get the documentary via email from my college

4. If i dont apply from india and come back in canada in june end and then apply will it cause me problems because i still have one month left as we have to apply within 90 days

5.some of my friends are saying that if u dont apply and go to india and come back in 2 months after studying they wont let u inside canada and will stop you in immigration because u have only 2 months of visa remaining and you have completed studying so there is no reason for u to be in canada

Actually my brother and sister are getting married and its very important for me to go to india at that time so all this questions

It usually takes a month for a college to send you to graduation letter, official transcripts and diploma certificate. Do not apply for the PGWP w/o these documents.

I would suggest that you apply for it as soon as you get the documents from the college and not wait since on an average it takes around two months for CIC to process the PGWP application.

It usually depends on case by case basis, however, they will allow you to re-enter since you would have valid documents. Again, I would strongly recommend you to apply for PGWP as soon as you get the documents from he college.
