Help Required on PR Application [URGENT]

Hello Everyone,

This is Krunal - An Indian, working in Shanghai, China as a Project Lead for CTS.

I do see, this forum is getting better and better and all of your are really great who always come forward and help those who required guidance on Canadian PR Applicaiton.

Well, i have just completed my IELTS exam and hopefully, will get required score. I am eligible to apply as FSW. I am preparing for PR Application and need your help to clarify below:

1. If my application is selected for further processing, Do i need to validate my diploma. [Please note, In China, If you have obtained your degree in China, you need to verify with 'China Academic Degree and Graduate Education Development Centre (CADGEDC)'. Do I need to do something like this ? I completed my Master Degree in IT in India.

2. I have my experience letter from formal employer but it doesn't contain job responsibilities. To mention job profile, can i use reference letter ?

3. How about Tax slips? Do i need to submit all of my tax slips Or can i submit for only 3 years ? During my first job, i was not in Tax criteria and was excluded from tax, so i don't have tax slipfor first 1.5 yrs of job.

1- no.
2- Job responsibilities description is required as a proof that you qualify under one of the 38 occupations.
3 - I don't think tax slips are mandatory at all.

I would appreciate it if someone can send me sample reference letter, I don't have reference letter from my formal employer, I talked to my formal HR and she said, if i can provide write-up, she can put it on company letterpad.

Make sure that the letter template contains the company's logo, phone/fax numbers and the address.

Hi, Out of my 7 year experience do I need to get the letter from company mentioning duties and responsibilities only for a little one year as required by CIO. I am claiming points for all 4 years and do they just require the expereicne certificate (without duties mentioned ) for the remaining 4 years ?

For IT people, only 0213 is in the occupational list notified by CHC to qualify for FSW category. So if I state my experience in such a manner that 2 years in 0213 NOC and 3 years as IT specialist will I get full credit of (4+ years) and get 21 points for the qualification test. Or my experience is taken as just 2 years by the CHC. Kindly clarify.

Only my 2 year (0213 NOC) experience has my Roles and responsibilities mentioned in the certificate. Will CHC considers my other 3 year experience as an IT specialist (without 'roles and responsibilities mentioned)

You will get the full credit. All the years of experience would count, as long as all in the same field.
