HELP REQUIRE NEED EXPERT ADVICE PLZZZZZZZ

We received medial last year but cic has ask us to postponed our medical as my wife was pregnant and she is the main applicant .They want all family members to go for medical together .Once our new child was born in aug 2016 we inform cic urgently and then they ask us to provide passport and other document for new baby and we have sent the relevant document on 22 sep 2016 .Since than no further correspondence was made by cic however we have sent them number of reminders to provide status but no reply from them .In dec last week when I check my status this was change to decision made with no further line updated not any email from them I have applied through consultant. We than raise gcm notes and found out that the medical was sent to us on 7 oct 2016 for new born baby but it was never received and due to this visa officer has turn down our case . GCM notes also say that they had issued us refusal letter in first week of jan but then they cancelled it on their part due to some reason. We sent two email and told them that we have not received any medical we were writing to cic to update status and provide medical but no reply .Now I have courier the whole evidence of email to cic and it was received by them on 26 feb 2017 but till date no reply .Mean while I have wrote to medical center and explain them the whole situation and ask them to provide the ime number for new born baby if they have received initially they refused to provide but after numerous request they have provide the ime number for new born baby and they also told us that our medical is still open for all family members .On our request they have booked our medical appointment and upfront medical for new born baby as we don't have any official letter request received by cic for new born baby .Please advise is there anything I can do as I’m trying my level best to get the medical from cic but they are not replying . My lawyer is not providing any help all I am doing the things on my own is there any fax number where I can fax them the whole situation .

This is the main reason why you should apply on your own. your lawyer has many other clients and you are not the only one to keep a track off.

CIC is very strict with regards to deadlines. all i can suggest is that you reapply.
