Help require for Visa Application - Post Grad Work Permit Holder

Hi,

I am already staying in Canada and I want to apply for Canadian Visa. The question is what applications form should i fill .. ... Someone suggested me that i have to fill
5257 form
5645 form
5484
5257 - schedule

But while filling 5257. There was field Field No. 7 which asks for Current Country of Residence and it does not have Canada in drop down llist.

Could you guys guide me for this?
