The following situation:

I am currently working (German citizen) as an SEO Manager (NOC 1123) with an open work permit (IEC, Work and travel) for an agency in Quebec, but I live in BC. My open work permit expires in November. Since my fiancée is a Canadian and all my friends live here, I naturally want to stay here and get a PR through the CEC. I'm also starting a part-time job in July, which I need financially, because you know... it's BC. However, when my visa expires in November I will only be just under the 1560 hours required. That means I'll need a new visa to get the required hours. I also need to create my Express Entry profile and apply much earlier. Now my question: Is there any scenario in which I can avoid applying for a Young Professional Visa, as I would have to give up my second job. Or are there special permits that allow me to get a second job or other part-time jobs with a Young Professional Visa? Or is it even possible to get to the 1560 hours quickly with a third job and then quickly apply for CEC and a BOWP at the same time? We all have our bills to pay and I just want to make sure I exhaust all possibilities before I change my work permit. Thanks in advance and best wishes to all!

The YP is your best bet based on the info you have provided. I don't see any options for you to get an open work permit since you haven't applied for PR yet.

You need to understand how the 1 year of work experience for CEC is calculated. It's not just about having the 1560 hours. You also need to have 52 separate weeks where you worked 30 hours or more. So working more (e.g. 60 hours a week or 90 hours a week) doesn't mean you can apply sooner. You still need to have the 52 separate weeks of work experience.
