HELP RENEW PR - Accompanying a Canadian citizen outside Canada

Hello everyone, ;D

Situation:
1. I got my pr card through common-law in Sep 2012(now is my wife and two daughter's mom )
2. We back to China in June 2013 and settle down in Shenzhen.
3. First baby born in 2014 and second one born in 2016.
4. Since June 2013 till now, all of us live in Shenzhen. 8) 8)

Now, I need to renew PR card, just wondering anyone had experience about this situation?
Q:
1. Refer to IMM5644E's checklist proof of Residency Requirements, what type of docs?
like: bank and credit bills, hydro, cable or cellphone bills, photos for the past 5 yrs, plz share them to me!! :-* :-* :-*
2. Should I back to CA to mail the application in person?
3. Can I back to China after sumbit the application?

Do you have any document showing that your wife (assume she is Canadian citizen) is accompanying you since 2013? Yes, the renewal application must be send in Canada. Do you have any friends living in Canada who can receive and send it to you in China?

yep, we had photos and bills what i mentioned.
snakey way, send all docs to my friends in Canada and let them mail in.

I called cic yesterday, two option:
1. back to Ca till obtain the new pr card.
2. let the pr expire and apply pr TD when I want go back.

however, i asked a agency that they suggest me back and submit, but can go to China soon.

As per the rule, you need to be in Canada in order to apply for PR card. You can't simply ask your friend to apply on your behalf.

When you fill the application, it will ask you to enter 5 years history of work/education/residence. If your fill that you are inside canada although you are outside and it is called misrepresentation. Also, if secondary checks are done it is found that you had no entry stamp or CBSA electronic entry that you entered Canada, then it would be again a problem.
Sometimes CIC does not mail the PR card, they ask you to come and collect it at nearest CIC office and if you are not in Canada and you get a letter to come to the CIC office and collect it then what would you do?

Either come to Canada, stay here and apply for PR card renewal.

If you don't want to come to Canada and pr card has expired, apply PRTD.

Are you eligible?

To be eligible for a PR Card, you must:

be a permanent resident of Canada;
be physically present in Canada;
meet the residency requirement (see Appendix A – Residency obligation);
not be under an effective removal order;
not be a Canadian citizen; and
not be convicted of an offense related to the misuse of a PR Card

thanks for your reply. I will back to CA to submit the app and back to China within serveral days.
If the CIC let me pick up the PR, I have to back again..lol.
the worst case is CIC do not offer the new PR card to me, possible?
