Help related to work experience is required...

hello,

I have worked in a private company from April 2009 to June 2014 and i have the experience letter of it. Now i am working in another private company for 5 years contract since July 2014. If ask for experience letter from them they will terminate my job therefore i cannot show my current job. Can i apply for Quebec immigration on my previous experience letter?
