help regarding visa refusal

Hi guys,
I applied for my visa almost a month back. Unfortunately i got a refusal from the embassy and the objection stated is " insufficient documentation relating to funds". Can you please guide what are documents required to prove the authenticity of the funds. My full fee was 31000 CAD and i had a statement of 60 lacs PKR on the name of my mother.

Secondly, is it necessary to attach the nadra FRC to show your relationship with the sponsor. What if its your mother and brother sponsoring you?

To have better chances for acceptance First if all submit your University 1year fee in advance. Second you CIC requirement are to show $10000 Living expenses + 2-3 Travel that what you really need to show your funds.

About Relation with Sponsor, its yes.. It would be good if you would have also attached an affidavit stating your Mother will be sponsoring etc.

I submitted the bank statement on the name of my mother, and property owned by my mother and brother.

Which financial proof is better?

Sponsorship from a family member (uncle or aunt) OR Education Loan from Bank?

All are good.
Provide them ITR of last 2-3 year (sponsors).
If funds are in bank account deposited recently (within year) then show them from where she got those funds : from wages/business. Or from selling property.

Need to convince officer that funds hasent been borrowed for short term just to get visa.

Pay 1 year / semister fees in advance.

Don't think that officer will assume everything is good. Proof of burden is on applicant.

Bank loan is also good but if you really got enough then why to pay high interest. (Officer can think that too)
