i have completed my btech (civil) in may2016 from india and now i want to do a graduate diploma in canada in construction field.
I have 70% overall marks in my degree and my score in ielts is 7.0 ( listening-8.0, reading-7.5,speaking-6.5, writing 5.5).
I have 11 backlogs but all were cleared in the degree period and no work experience.
my questions are
what are the colleges i should apply for and do they accept these many backlogs? will the 5.5 in writing be a problem and should i retake the ielts exam?
