Help Regarding Part time and full time hours (USA 40/week,20/week)

Hello friends, a newbie here, i have plans to file express entry petition and i was going through all those instruction and found it confusing for me. Hope this community would help me.
Q: Right now i am in IT Sector and has a Job listed in NOC . This is a full time job,i am doing from past 1 year,In USA full time job is 40Hours/week but in Canada it looks like,its 30 Hour/Week so would it still be one year experience or it would be calculated by 1560 hour method?? like dividing method.
Q. Before this job, i was doing part time job, again that was 20hours/week for more than 1.5 years in same field and same company but i was a student during that period of time,i was getting paid and paid tax also , This statement on CIC website "You can count part-time work toward the work experience requirement, as long as you were not a full-time student at the time." so my question is, Is this applicable to Canadian Students or it is for all??

1. For IRCC purposes, a full-time job means that you work 30+ hours/week. So, any extra hours beyond 30 hours/week are irrelevant. So, if you had a job for 52 weeks (1 year) with 30+ hours/week, you can claim 1 year of work experience which is equivalent to 52 full-time weeks x 30 hours/full-time week = 1560 hours.
2. The statement you read is applicable for Canadian Students. Since your were employed/student outside Canada, you can count this work experience. For the calculation, follow the same procedure. 78 weeks (1.5 years) with 20 hours/week will give you 78 part-time weeks x 20 hours/part-time week / 30 hours/full-time week = 52 full-time weeks.
