Help!!! Regarding gic

I just completed the reset password process of opening gic account and found that in inbox i got a mail stating that my application has already been received before and then i saw mail which i received on 12 oct 2018 that i have successfully submitted my application for gic. I think my previous agent also tried to open my gic . what should i do now?

Imo u should call Scotiabank and ask them to cancel both application previous one and new one after that create a new application ans proceed accordingly.
