Help Regarding FSW Application

I know all of you here are very experienced and it would not effect any of you if you help me answer my questions

i am filing application on my own insha Allah in May 2012 will be sending and i am not that financially strong to afford a consultant so i hope you guys will help me in my case.

1) I did my DAE from Baluchistan and the board doesn't issue the Transcript so should i send the original degree and the transcript ? is it safe to send original documents :O
2) I will borrow money to show it in my bank account is it okay?
3) Do i have to show money at the airport? i heard it from some guys at the forum here?
4) My uncle said its better to get married and then go because then your fiance will get stuck is it true?
5) i heard from alot of people regarding receiving PER can anyone describe me the terminologies used here like PER AOR etc

question 1::: No need to send original documents..they will not return them...so send notarized copies
question 2::: money should be your own..borrowing is not allowed..u can borrow from ur parents...and u have to show in ur account until u get ur PR
question 3::: showing money at airport is DILLI DUUR ASAT...no need to show amount..bt u should have evidence that u own this money
question 4::: she will not stuck...u can apply for her later..
question 5::: PER means POSITIVE ELIGIBILITY REVIEW..AOR means acknowledgement of receipt..
BT MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION...WATS UR NOC???applying in May may be too late to apply for MI3... as Cap already reached to 8800..

First of all i represent my gratitude for your help, secondly my noc is 7265 welder, i am borrowing it from my parents , i will wait for some senior to answer this too so that i get a 2nd opinion regarding this thanks for your help brother, jazak`Allah!
