Help regarding BWOP

I got my invitation and AOR which states I can use it for applying or BWOP.
Then I went and answered all the questions and it took me to Temporary Work Permit less than 6 months and I filled in the answers.
Filled in the application form (IMM5710) and it also asked for other documents (i)Passport (2)Medical Exam document (3)Digital Photo

I have the below questions

1)Where should I upload my AOR
2)There is no place for giving my current work permit but IMM5710 asked for my status and document number of current permit.

Please upload your AOR in LOE section and you don't need to upload your work permit,just filled that forms correctly and upload it along with other documents that you have mention on the top.

I believe you are supposed to upload the AOR in the LOE slot. I am trying to apply for my BOWP currently but keep receiving a message after the questionaire saying the system is down... anyone else experiencing this? Is it working for anyone?
