Help Regarding BOWP..

Hello Guys,

I have few question regarding BOWP extension..

I have submitted my application for PR (AOR 14th Feb)..

I am CEC inland. I am applying to BOWP extension I have two Questions.

My work permit expires in June 2017.

1. Will my PR application be put on hold while my BOWP is processed?

2. I am going to India on 15th March, can I apply for my BOWP from India?

3. What will be the date of issue on BOWP, Will it start after my current WP is expire?

At this point you can't apply for BOWP. You should only apply when there are less then 90 days left on your current permit.

If you are going on march 15th, when are you coming back? If you coming back before June I would advise to apply it from here only and bowp doesn't affect PR application.
