Hi! I am going to apply for my pr this year and i'm thinking of using option 2. However, the requirements timesheet and declaration of hours signed by ALL employers seems impossible for me to get. I've had an unfortunate experience with my first employer and i'm sure they wont help me at all so i presume that having them to sign that document is next to impossible. I do have my contract, ROE and T4 from them, also the paystubs but without signatures. Do you think it is ok to include a letter of explanation in my application as to why some of my documents aren't signed by the first employer? Would that lead to a denial of my application? I am getting crazy by thy minute, hope y'all can help me. I believe there are other people out there like me whi had a bad "breakup" with an employer. Thanks much.

For me, if your going to use option 2, one of the important requirement is the form of the declaration of hours and if you don't have that signed by your employer there's a possibility for delays or refusal. But you are ok for option 1. 24 months, roe and t4 are important. It's ok if the paystubs doesn't have signature from your first employer. It's ok to be sure with your application than sorry. Right! :)
