I have one question plzzzzz

I am applying for visiting visa along with my wife. my wife have express entry profile & also she submitted for Manitoba nomination program.( but still her score is very low in both)

should I mention these two things in my cover letter?

Yes, she must mention about her Express Entry profile + Manitoba PNP in the covering letter
